Pruzin's Cubs News for the Week of Oct. 26th


Noah wrote: At Field Day we won the Relay Race. We also won the Tug-of-War contest. We beat Mrs. Thacker's class and Mrs. Mannan's class. Mrs. Pruzin won the Relay Race and the Tug-of-War three times in a row! Colton wrote: At the Field Day we won the relay race and
Tug-of-War. We won because we worked together. Madison wrote: We won Tug-of-War and the Relay Race. We worked together.
Chloe wrote: At the Harvest party there was a place where you make a part of Ben's Bells. I made a ball with a butterfly on it. Another station had where you make a bear magnet and you put clothes on the bear.

Phoebe wrote: We had a party at school. We had fun!

Ben wrote: We are writing Halloween stories that Mrs. Pruzin is typing into books.

Caleb wrote: We read about bulb plants. We planted a bulb plant. Our teacher won't say what it is.

Ethan wrote: At Buckelew Farm I picked a big pumpkin. It was so big! It was bigger than my body!

Ben wrote: We went to Buckelew Farm. We picked pumpkins. I picked a gourd.

Zachary wrote: We had a hawk walk. I got to get the principal messy.
Alicia wrote: We had a Hawk Walk and there was music. Mrs. Walker and Mrs. Skillman got dirty with mustard and pies and silly string and other stuff.
Chloe wrote: The Hawk Walk had music and they had a place where you get Mrs. Walker and Mrs. Skillman messy. A boy in our class got to get them messy. They had pie and chocolate syrup and strawberry syrup, and silly string. We got to have otter pops. It was fun.

Reis wrote: I danced on the table with Branden because I became an Honors Reader and Mrs. Pruzin danced on the table.

Jonathan wrote: We are trying to get a class pet. We do not know what the class pet is. Do you? We have to start to get 4's and 5's in our Special Classes. I wonder what it is. I wonder if it is a rabbit. I do not care. I wonder if who's job it will be to feed the pet.

Branden wrote: Me and Reis danced on the table to the chicken dance. Why---because Reis and I got 35 points in A.R. and we got to dance on the table!

Zach wrote: In Music we played a game. It was fun.

Reis wrote: We did an experiment about two seeds. One of the seeds turned brown and split. The other one just split.

Madeleine wrote: The Hawk Walk is fun. It is fun to do the Hawk Walk.

Mikayla wrote: When we go to Music we listen to the music and then we give our name cards to a student. We listen to the teacher so we know all the instructions and most people listened. Everyone did good.

Lauren wrote: In Art we drew either a cat, a dog, or a bear. I drew a bear. We had to color it. We can't leave any white. Then she sends them to a company.

Noah wrote: I had to do my homework outside. I also had to read a seed book.

Alicia wrote: At the spirit celebration Wilbur came and we screamed, "U of A". Also, the boy cheerleaders and one of the girl cheerleaders came. Wilbur and one of the boy cheerleaders sprayed Mrs. Walker with sticky strings.
